These terms apply when you book or take a treatment at Gladden Wellness Salon & Spa, and when you use this website. Booking with us means you accept them. Please read the health and conduct sections in particular — they exist to keep both you and our therapists safe.

1. Who these terms cover

“We” and “us” means Gladden Wellness Salon & Spa, 1285, 13th Cross Rd, HAL 2nd Stage, Hoysala Nagar, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560038. “You” means the person making the booking or receiving the treatment.

2. Bookings and appointments

  • All appointments are subject to therapist and room availability. A booking is confirmed only when we have confirmed it to you by WhatsApp, phone or in person.
  • The booking form on this site sends your request to our WhatsApp. It is a request, not a confirmed slot.
  • Please arrive about 10 minutes before your slot so you can change and settle in. Treatment time is counted from your scheduled start time.
  • Walk-ins are welcome when a room is free, but booking ahead is the only way to be sure of a slot.

3. Cancellations, lateness and no-shows

  • If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please tell us at least 4 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to someone else.
  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you the full treatment, but where the next booking does not allow it the session may be shortened. The full price still applies.
  • Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for advance payment before confirming future bookings.
  • If we ever have to cancel on you — a therapist falls ill, for instance — we will tell you as early as we can and reschedule at a time that suits you, or refund anything you have already paid for that session.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless we say otherwise.
  • We may change prices from time to time. The price we confirm at the time of booking is the price you pay for that booking.
  • Payment is made at the spa, by cash, UPI or card.

5. Packages and prepaid sessions

  • Packages are paid for upfront and cover the number of 60-minute sessions stated when you buy them.
  • Package sessions are for the named holder and are not transferable unless we agree in writing.
  • Package sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable once a session has been taken, except where the law requires otherwise. If you have a genuine reason such as a medical condition that prevents you continuing, talk to us and we will try to work something out.

6. Health, safety and suitability

  • Please tell us before the session about any injury, illness, allergy, skin condition, recent surgery, pregnancy or medication that could be affected by massage. Do this even if you think it is minor.
  • Our treatments are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy or a diagnosis, and they are not a substitute for seeing a doctor. If you have a medical condition, please get your doctor’s advice before booking.
  • We may decline or stop a treatment if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for you, or refer you to a medical professional instead.
  • Tell your therapist straight away if anything feels uncomfortable. Pressure can be adjusted at any point, and you can end the session whenever you wish.

7. Conduct and the nature of our services

All treatments at Gladden Wellness are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any request, remark or behaviour of a sexual nature towards a therapist or member of staff will end the session immediately, with no refund, and may be reported to the police. Our therapists have the same right to end a session as you do.

  • We ask that you do not arrive intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. We will decline the treatment if you do.
  • Please keep phones on silent out of respect for other guests.
  • Guests under 18 may be treated only with a parent or guardian’s consent and presence.

8. Personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home. We take care of the space, but we cannot accept responsibility for money, jewellery, phones or other belongings lost or damaged on the premises.

9. Our liability

We carry out our treatments with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you in connection with a treatment or with this website is limited to the amount you paid for the treatment concerned. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. This website

We keep the information on this site — prices, timings and treatment descriptions — as accurate as we can, but it may change without notice. The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
